Whether you are walking for wellness or simply for enjoyment, the app allows you to set your goals, create groups, and receive rewards for your achievements. Keep your steps on track with TRAQ!

DOWNLOAD, CONNECT & GO

• Download the app for free from the app store.
• Your steps are automatically recorded on the Q-Chip™ integrated into each pair of TRAQ shoes.
• Synchronize your shoes with the app in the MY SHOES section for a fun and motivating walking experience.

SYNC TRAQ SHOES WITH THE TRAQ APP

• Create an account and sign up to pair your new TRAQ shoes.
• Add additional pairs of shoes in the MY SHOES section.
• Activate your shoes by shaking the left shoe and then connecting them.
• You can store multiple pairs of shoes on your account. The app will automatically sync with the pair you are currently wearing and start tracking your steps.
• Your step count will sync to your account immediately and be displayed on the DASHBOARD. The Q-Chip™ keeps track of your activity for up to 7 days.

HOW IT WORKS

• Your step data is saved to the Q-Chip™ in your TRAQ shoes every time you wear them, allowing up to 7 days of activity storage even without your smartphone.
• Open the app and connect your shoes in the MY SHOES section. Shoes registered to your account will sync to the DASHBOARD right away.
• The shoes and app do not include GPS tracking, preserving your phone's battery power.
• For optimal results, sync your step data to the app before taking off your shoes for the day.
• You don't need to have your phone with you while wearing the shoes. The Q-Chip™ holds your step data for up to 7 days until you can sync it with the app.

JOIN THE COMMUNITY AND CREATE GROUPS

• Create and join community groups to see how your friends and family are progressing. Inspire each other, engage in friendly step competitions, and stay motivated to walk!
• When you click on a profile in any group, you can discover which TRAQ shoe styles other members are wearing.
• Create groups and send customized messages to alert members and keep them walking!
• Compete with other TRAQ app users in the Public Ranking section. Let's Walk Together™!

ACHIEVEMENTS TO STAY MOTIVATED

• Reach various daily, weekly, and annual goals and earn achievement badges to commemorate your milestones.
• Your total achievements acquired to-date are listed to continuously motivate you to collect more badges!
• The ACTIVITY screen provides a timeline of your step activity, and you can monitor and track your Achievement streaks using an easily readable History feed.

SHARE YOUR PROGRESS

• Capture and share your step progress from the DASHBOARD with your social media network, personal contacts, or email.
• Share your group activity with the community.
• Encourage other TRAQ members by sending them "hearts" to acknowledge their progress.
